We are passionate about preserving the taste of fresh produce so it can be enjoyed out of season and where refrigeration is not available or desirable. We are using the ancient method of air drying.
History
Waldbarg was founded by Aron Knopfler. A grandfather who loves to hike and camp in the woods with his grandchildren. Aron was looking for food that are nutritious, not bulky, and does not need refrigeration. He started to dehydrate his own food. He then decided to share it with others who may not have the time to do so themselves.
